So, for those of you who don't know who Speidi is, your lives are deprived. Speidi, tabloid grabbing (is that even true... it sounds right, so...) couple, are Heidi Pratt and Spencer Pratt. Most famous for their show The Hills on MTV. Which is like a scripted/reality TV show. One time I was talking to my friend and she said, "I wouldn't want MTV scripting my life." I'm not really sure if it is scripted or a reality TV show. MTV admitted that they schedule parts of their life that they want to shoot. So, I don't know. I always thought it was something like Gossip Girl. ANYWAYS what do people think of them? I think they are a less attention grabbing version of Brangelina with no kids. They were on a show about celebrities in a Costa Rican (not sure on that, but sure it was tropical) forest and they didn't have any material things. I heard that they had to leave after 2 days. They were really full of themselves on the show. Are they like that in real life too? I have no idea, but they seemed pretty annoying on the show. I don't know them so I can't judge, but based on the post and other background information what do my followers/readers think?

ReplyDeleteThat part about MTV scripting their lives is just weird, though. Does MTV really script lives?!
Anyway, I think if I met them in real life I'd hate them. I heard some people talking about them on that jungle-ish thing, and they sound really stuck-up.
But I am not sure if that jungle thing was also the stress without living with material things is harder for based on their lives. They have been rich all of their lives (i think) so I don't know. Honestly.

ReplyDeleteBut I think most of these big stars now were just normal people as kids, and then they had a stroke of luck in some movie somewhere (or maybe they really are talented, but with most of these people I doubt it) and became these superstars.
ReplyDeleteSpeidi became famous because of The Hills. The reality TV show that MIGHT be scripted. But if it is a reality TV show. Then they actually have NO talent which makes it really funny.
